City-based real estate builders claim that the property market is still buoyant. They accept that the number of property inquires and transactions have gone down because property buyers are anticipating a fall in prices in the future.
However in spite of low transactions, the residential real estate prices in Bangalore are escalating. High input costs are adding to the already soaring property prices.
